The Heart Of Oakengates - Communities Coming Together
‘The Wakes community venue opened in 2017 and the facilities on offer have gone from strength to strength. Oakengates Town Council is proud of their building and the free community activities and events on offer.
Check out our children and family events which are often free or very affordable.
We also have reasonably priced function, meeting rooms, a community arts & craft space & free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Our community cafe and hospitality team can cater for any event and we’re open for the benefit of the community.
